1. Who we are MAËGENCY is a personal branding agency for female founders, operated by Studio Maë, a sole trader (eenmanszaak) registered in the Netherlands. These terms apply to all services provided by MAËGENCY.
 

2. Services MAËGENCY offers the following services:

• Foundation: a one-time personal brand strategy sprint

• Presence: a monthly personal brand management retainer

• Authority: a full monthly personal brand management retainer

The exact scope, deliverables, and timeline of each service are confirmed in writing before work begins.

3. Proposals and agreements A service agreement is established when:

• You have received and accepted a written proposal from MAËGENCY, and

• You have paid the required deposit or first invoice

All agreements are made in writing via email or a signed proposal document.
 

4. Pricing and payment

• All prices are in euros and exclude VAT where applicable

• The Foundation service requires full payment before work begins

• Retainer services (Presence and Authority) are invoiced monthly in advance

• Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date

• Late payment may result in suspension of services
   

5. Cancellation and termination

• The Foundation service is non-refundable once work has begun

• Retainer services can be cancelled with 30 days written notice

• MAËGENCY reserves the right to terminate an agreement if payment is not received within 30 days of the due date

• Upon termination all work completed up to that point remains the property of the client
   

6. Intellectual property All content created by MAËGENCY for the client — including written content, strategies, and documents — becomes the property of the client upon full payment. MAËGENCY retains the right to reference the work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
 

7. Confidentiality MAËGENCY treats all client information as strictly confidential. We will not share your business information, strategy documents, or personal details with any third party without your explicit consent.
 

8. Client responsibilities To deliver our services effectively, the client agrees to:

• Provide timely feedback and approvals as agreed

• Supply accurate information about their business and goals

• Make payments on time as per the agreed schedule

Delays caused by the client may result in adjusted timelines at the discretion of MAËGENCY.
 

9. Liability MAËGENCY will always perform services with care and professionalism. However:

• We cannot guarantee specific results such as follower growth, press coverage, or revenue increases

• Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service in question

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
   

10. Governing law These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
 

11. Changes to these terms MAËGENCY reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
