1. Who we are MAËGENCY is a personal branding agency for female founders, operated by Studio Maë, a sole trader (eenmanszaak) registered in the Netherlands.
 

2. What data we collect We collect personal data only when you interact with us directly:

• Name and email address when you submit our contact form

• Name, email address, and any information you provide when booking a discovery call via Calendly

• Name, profile information, and any messages or comments you share with us via our Instagram account (@maegency.co)

• Usage data collected automatically by Wix and cookies
   

3. Why we collect it We use your data to:

• Respond to your enquiries

• Schedule and manage discovery calls

• Respond to messages and comments on social media

• Send newsletters or updates about MAËGENCY if you have opted in

• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not share it with third parties except as described below.

6. How long we keep your data We keep your contact information for as long as we have an active business relationship with you, or for a maximum of 2 years after your last contact with us. Financial records are kept for 7 years as required by Dutch law.

• Request deletion of your data

• Object to or restrict processing
